The system

Start with certain amount, use notecards to study and perfect. Once perfected add more. Separate them into categories eventually due to not needing to do certain things daily. Perfect the foundation and constantly improve so you can live a good life

Keeping to myself

Stick with main groups of friends talk to others only when necessary. Stay away from negative, drama or **** talking. Don't talk about or tell off people. Keep opinions to self only confide in the selected members of the inner circle. Draw your line. Keep eyes on goal, show no emotion. Constantly pray.

Morning routine

Take shower, get dressed, 1st toiletries, eat breakfast, drink milk, take vitamins, 2nd toiletries, get stuff ready and together

Brush/do hair, deodorant/spray

2nd toiletries

Brush teeth, mouthwash

Shower(tips)

Once a day(in morning on nonworkout days, at night on workout days). Luke warm water everyday except 2-3 days a week (cold water) (preferably on workout days). Quick as possible.

Shower(how)

Turn on water and get to ideal temperature. Get entire body wet (wash hair only on workout days and Sunday) get shampoo in hair and use fingertips to lather scalp from top down, then behind ears (use small amounts of shampoo), rinse shampoo out. Wash face. Use washcloth and soap to wash entire body thoroughly and gently. Clean genitals, clean feet using soap and washcloth (only on Sunday). Dry off completely (Pat excessively, rub hair ; top to bottom)

Get dressed

Underwear, socks, pants, shirt, then jewelry if necessary

Brush/do hair

Dry hair, use comb or brush to brush the way wanted (if necessary use paste to style). Rinse comb and leave out to dry.

Deodorant/ spray

Deodorant: roll up, start in center of armpit and spread out (about 4 times each arm), roll down. Spray: spray neck very lightly

Eat breakfast

Eat a lot, and somewhat healthy, eat ad fast as possible. Eat politely but quickly

Take vitamins/ drink milk

Pour glass of milk, take a few sips, swallow one pill at a time with milk, finish milk, swish water around in mouth for 5 Mississippis (2 times)

Brush teeth

2 minutes. Short gentle strokes(circle and side to side). Order: outer surface of upper teeth then lower, inner surface of upper teeth then lower, angle of teeth, chewing surface, gum line, tongue.

Mouthwash

Get medium amount and swish around for 30 seconds then spit out.

Get ready for day

Get stuff packed for day and put it in the car (includes, water, Snacks, school stuff, etc.)

School (objectives)

Only work on schoolwork (hmwk, classwork, study), college and band.

School(getting through)

Pray constantly, be focused on goals. Fratenize mainly with inner circle. Don't get in trouble. If at good place, smile say hi, be nice.

Home

After all after school stuff done, Drive home.

Study and do hmwk

Consists of studying for classes and doing homework

Study

Read the book/notes at least twice a week and make notecards. Study notecards at least once a day. In college, record class and take notes then update notes later. Take breaks every 30 minutes (5 min.) Until done. Have notecards on phone to study. Test self using practice tests and notecards. Listen to classical music. Don't get distracted.

Do hmwk

Try and get done at school in classes. But just have list of school hmwk and what days to do them and so the hmwk scheduled for that day. Make sure it's all correct. Only focus on hmwk. Play classical music. If no hmwk just study.

Bookwork

Go through sections add stuff from list to do added. Organize list by what to do in what days. Do the scheduled stuff for the day. Look how to improve the system and write down on later on stuff. If done before hour study notecards for binder.

Reflect/ what to work on

Review, using flashcards, your day and reflect in journal on how you did it and what to improve on. Focus on it the next day.

Update all apps

Update in any way necessary according to new records, info, desires, etc. Ex: add song to music, update workout results, school results, to-do lists, financial stuff, social media, habit apps, and any other plan apps.

Eat dinner

Eat good amount, try to eat healthy. Eat quickly

Get ready for tomorrow

Lay clothes out for the next day, lay out toiletries, lay out towel if showering. Plan for what you have to do tomorrow, lay out school stuff snack and water and anything else needed

Get ready for bed

Swish water (5 sec.), wash face, face stuff, brush teeth, floss, retainer, vasaline. (Shower before all if shower day)

Wash face/face stuff

Wash face: wet face with Luke warm water, rub cleanser in hands, gently massage whole face in circles, wash hands, rinse face, Pat face dry. Face stuff: dab little bits of acne solution on break out areas and wash hands.

Floss

Pull out floss, wrap around index fingers, move tightly back and forth and up and down on each side of each tooth.

Retainer/ Vaseline

Put retainer in mouth, apply light amount of Vaseline to lips

Study binder stuff

Go over all flashcards till you get them all right

Super groom

Shave face, nose hair trim, shave down south, haircut if necessary, shave body of unwanted hair, all teeth stuff, clean face, clip finger/toe nails, Vaseline, clean retainers and put in.

Shave face

Wet facial hair with warm water, use shaving cream and a shaving brush. Use shaving brush to apply in circular motion to face, neck, and chin. Use free hand to hold up the area of skin to be shaved. Gently glide razor, rinse it often using warm water. Order: sides, mustache, chin, neck. Rinse face with cold water and pat dry with cloth. Short strokes replace blade every 4 weeks and dry after each use.

Trim nose hair

Gentle circular motion with razor. Lift parts of nose if necessary. Use tweezers to get any missed hairs. Use alcohol and water to clean before and after each use, after cleaning it by soaking it in warm water for 2 minutes.

Shave down south

Sit in hot bath. Use scissors to trim excess long hairs. Apply shaving cream ( light amount). Short light strokes. Hold skin tight. Shave above the penis. Shave the sides. Shave between penis and scrotum, shave balls, shave above all. Wash area and pat dry. Dry blade immediately. Replace blade every 4 weeks.

Shave unwanted body hair

Use shaving cream and warm water, basically same as face shaving. Use scissors to trim armpit hair and ass hair.

Clip finger and toe nails

Clean under nails, use clippers to trim down and shape.

Clean retainers

Put hot water and efferdent in glass and let dissolve put retainers in for 15 minutes. Then take out rinse and dry.

Haircut

5 on sides and back, half an inch off the top, no side burns, rounded neck line.
