Refusal to submit to such examination or tests shall be cause for disciplinary action.

Lockers, closets, and other storage facilities provided for members’ personal use shall not be used to store prohibited items or to promote prohibited Department activities. The Department may inspect personal lockers, closets, and storage facilities when reasonable cause indicates that such facilities are being used for prohibited purposes.
