a.) Pleadings. Only these are allowed: -Complaint -Answer to complaint -Answer to counterclaim -Answer to crossclaim -3rd Party complaint -Answer to 3rd party complaint -If court orders one, a reply to an answer |

Rule 7 (b): Motions and Other Papers |
1.) A request for a court order is made by motion. A motion must: -Be in writing (unless verbal in trial/hearing) -State with particularity reason for request -State relief sought 2.) Form: Rules regarding captions and form for pleadings apply to motions. |
