Every citizens has this right. This is the right to where a citizen can not be put on trial for the same crime more then ounce.

This states that people cannot be forced to testify against themselves. This may also be known has the right to remain silent.
Probable Cause
No officer of the government can search a persons property or take his or her possessions without probable cause.
Due process
Everybody that is accused has due process rights. This is following the established legal procedures.
