Boston Massacre
The killing of 5 colonists in Boston by British soldiers in 1770
Boston Tea Party
reaction of colonist in Boston against tea taxes imposed by the British. The colonists dressed as indians, boarded the British ships and dumped the tea into the harbor

a refusal to buy goods in order to show dissaproval of force acceptance of ones terms

Stamp Act of 1765
