Articular joint pain can be divided into degenerative or inflammatory. The inflammatories are further divided into seropositive, seronegative, crystal or septic. The degeneratives are either primary or secondary.

Seropositives are RA and SLE
Seronegs are divided into symmetrical: AS, enteropathic or asymmetrical: reactive and psoriatic.

Infections: Gonococcal and non Gono
