For when avoiding it dreading something

1. Picture the pain I'm avoiding as a cloud in front of me, silently scream "Bring it on!" to demand the pain



2. "I love pain!" Move into the cloud of pain and feel one with it



3. Feel the cloud spit you out and close behind you. "Pain sets me free!" Feel propelled forward into pure light

For when enraged or obsessed with revenge or prepare to deal with a difficult person

1. Concentration; feel heart expand to encompass infinite love around me and contact to concentrate it inside my chest



2. Transmission; send ALL the love from my chest to the person



3. Feel the love enter them and the oneness with them



4. Relax and feel the love returned to me

For overcoming insecurity and performance anxiety before and during events, public speaking, etc

1. When in front of audience, real or not, imagine My Shadow off to the side. Focus all my attention on My Shadow and feel the unbreakable bond, as one we are fearless



2. Together we turn to the audience and silently command them to "Listen!"

2. Feel the fear that I'm squandering my life and the desire not to
