Carry out and review risk assessment Take general fire precautions eg fire fighting equipment, escape routes etc. Appoint competent person(s) to implement appropriate measures Plan, organise, control, monitor and review of preventative measures Provide employees/ employer with info. Apply the principles of prevention Ensure premises, facilities and equipment are maintained Eliminate or reduce risks from dangerous substances Ensure employees are provided with adequate training Establish appropriate evacuation procedures Ensure additional emergency measures in respect of dangerous substances |
