causes: THROMBOTC MENINGO ENCEPHALITIS age 6-12, feedlots, mixed cattle, stress, cold, crowding, 1-2 weeks of dypsnea and harsh cough. Dypsnea, depression, weakness, unable to stand. 8-24 hrs till death
