1. aldosterone activateing tubule Na Cl and H2O reabsorption and K excretion.
2. Increases sympathetic tone
3. arteriolar constriction
4. Posterior pituitary gland releases anti diuretic hormone causing H2O reabsorption at collecting duct and activates thirst centre.
