Cognitive Ability
Give results of IQ test. Note high and low scores on subtests or areas in which student did well and areas in which student did poorly
Listening Capacity
Note listening capacity from IRI and/or results form other listening, oral vocabulary, or language development test.
Reading Expectancy
Use IQ or listening test or both to estimate reading expectancy
Word Recognition
Give results of word-lists tests. Provide information from the Phonics Inventory, Syllable Survey, the Word-Identification Interview, think-alouds, and observations.

Indicate reading expectancy; reading, writing and spelling levels; major strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
Recommendations
Suggest type of assistance (small group, one-on-one), major areas of needed instruction, and possible techniques or approaches and possible materials. Also recommend needed screenings.
