Technique for interpreting the cxr
1. start at the center - the important things are here

2. look for what you SHOULD see - is it obscured or different?

3. is there an INFILTRATE?
- is it bilateral?
- is it hazy?
- is it fluffy?
If an area on cxr is HAZY or has a GROUND GLASS appearance, what do you suspect?
