What is quality assurance?

the planned and systematic production process that provide confidence in a product's suitability for its intended purpose.

What are the two key principles of quality assurance?

'fit for purpose'(the product should be suitable for intended purpose) and 'right first time'(mistakes should be eliminated)



What does quality management systems do?
