QFs are grandfathered in and don't have to follow schedules or submit forecasts. VERs have schedules and forecasts. VERS also have PGAs so they can be ordered to follow their dispatches.

No, CAS won't adjust a tag up even if the award is higher.

Any in-hour schedule increase with a TDF greater than 10% will be approved and then curtailed and new tags will be curtailed to zero.

If an on-path tag was curtailed receives a FMM award, CAS will update the tag for that interval up to the curtailed amount.
