Physiological
Anxiety sensitivity: misinterprets physical symptoms, think a panic attack is occurring when the symptoms are arising from something else.

Need
diathesis and stress for disorder to be expressed: increased diathesis and decreased stress (reason why someone could be okay after death in family)
DSM
