Industry- achieves a sense of self confidence through peers, develops attitudes of trustworthiness
Inferiority- can't cooperate in group activities, overly aggressive, may manipulate or violate the rights of others to satisfy his or her needs Occurs when accomplishments are consistently met with negative feedback |

Identity- View of the self as a unique individual, commitments to choice of career and relationships with opposite gender
