phenelzine (Nardil), tranylcylpromine sulfate (Parnate)

-can cause hypertensive crisis, be careful about pt's taking anything with tyramine

-weight gain
-metabolic syndrome
-Clozaril may cause neutropenia

lithobid (Lithium), divalproex (Depakote), carbamazepine(Tegretol)

-need to add salt to the diet
-may cause water intoxication from polydypsia

-Subutex can cause opiate cravings
-both drugs will decrease alcohol cravings
