Management of psoriatic arthritis?

NSAIDs
Intra-articular steroids May require disease modifying agents if there is loss of joint function (methotrexate, salozypryin, TNF alpha) Synovectomy - medical or surgical Spondylitis - physiotherapy and exericse |
