Pseudomonas.mallei(Burkholderia)/Enters the pharynx(nasapharyngeal),invades lymphatics/produce nodular lesions on lymphnodes and blood stream, systemic pyo-granulomatous,thick nodulea and ulcers of upper respiratory tract,metastatic lesion in lungs and skin
