What is a security dilemma?
The condition whereby a state's attempts to increase its own security has the effect of decreasing another state's security.
What is a RSC?
Set of units whose major processes of securitization,desecuritization or both are so interlinked that their security problems cannot be reasonably analyzed or resolved apart from one another.
