Spontaneous or Traumatic.
Sudden onset of pain typically pleuritic.
Acute = hypotension, tracheal deviation
Pulmonary Embolism
Clear
Tachypnea, tachycardia, pain, dyspnea on exertion (sudden onset). O2 sat low with oxygen and good ventilations.
