Alprostadil side effect:
1. penile pain
2. penile fibrosis
3. flushing, diarrhea, HA, FEVER.
Latanprost used for:
long acting PGF2a
1. glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Unoprostone used to:
Increase uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humor
Adverse Effect of unoprostone:
Iris pigmentation
Epoprostenol (PGI2)
Pulmonary hypertension
