These nonsuperpowers are wanting nuclear power because they are simply scared that we are the only nuclear powerhouse in the world. - which results in instances like sept. 11 from happening since al quedo sees us as a super power and if these countires were to become apart of a multipolar world then there would possibly less hostility towards america.

this is a perfect example of that video we watched yesterday. America is in the unipolarity world and its simply making people hate us and we we say we're not powerhungry we are lying so we must begin a movement to shift to a multipolar world.

Steven weber said that there are ways to manage globlization: many experts in the field have expressed a number of ways to do so but what I will tell you now are three ways that could really help balance power in the world.

He says United States Position as the last superpower is a hindrance, not a help, to foreign policy. We dont have the powers to monitor all of this so the first ulitmate step is dividing the power.

The next problem we need to fix and do it fast is diseases that america cannot control

Weber says that Globilzation is turning the world into a enormous petri dish for the incubation of infectious disease.

The problem is that these poor countries where humans live just so happen to be the countries in the closest proxiemty to dangerous zoonotic disease (animals).

They also happen to be the countries that feel threatened by american power the most. Which is a porblem!! becasue they dont want to let us into their country to help stop this.

disease can be very hard to control since it evolves etremely fast. like the SARS outbreak in 2002 and the avian flu that is present today.. how to fix this problem

The main way to fix this is by having another great power that has what weber says a more immediate interest in those disease infested countries. So until we recieve help its only a matter of time before a viral pandemic.

the last problem we must overcome is the need to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.

Arthur L Dunklin wrote an article expressing that people around the world see the us and all the wealth we have..like when they watch the news and see a albert pujols being payed 240 million dollars to pretty much try and hit home runs for the next 10 years.. sadly he's only hit 4 this year..and thats why half the world hates america ...jk but we must.. show them that we are trying to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.
