Infinitives in spanish will always end in "-ar", "-er",and "-ir".

There are different conjugations for the different endings.
To conjugate an infintive in the present tense you must remove the last two letters of the word and add the appropriate ending.
First you must learn the pronouns.
Yo
I

One would use the "Yo form" to talk about oneself.
Tu*
You(informal)

One would use the "Tu* form" to talk to someone such as an old friend, an employee, a child, or a colleague.

He

One would use the "E*l form" to talk about a male in the third person.
Ella
She

One would use the "Ella form" to talk about a female in the third person.
Usted
You(formal)

One would use the "Usted form" to talk to an employer, an authority figure, a parent, or an elder.
Nosotros

One would use the "Nosotros form" to talk about a group that one is a part of in the first person.
Ellos
They(male)

One would use the "Ellos form" to talk about a group of people, in the third person, which includes one or more males and consists of at least two people.
Ellas
They(female)

One would use the "Ellas form" to talk about a group composed entirely of females, consisting of at least two individuals.
Ustedes
You(plural)

One would use the "Ustedes form" to talk to a group of people consisting of at least two individuals.
