desribe the basic positioning for the clinician
feet plat on the floor, back straight, head erect, shoulders relaxed, eyes directed downward, not necessary to bend head, distance from patients mouth to clinicians eyes 14-16 inches, patients mouth at elbow height, forearm and wrist in a straight line
