Profession Ordinance (cap 359) 1. Except as provided by subsection (2) no corporation may carry on business of practising a profession 2. A company registered under the companies ordinance (cap. 32) may carry on the business of practising a profession if - at least one director is a person - registered in that profession - satisfy any requirement imposed by any regulation made under the ordinance - all persons practising the profession who are employed by the company are registered in respect of that profession 3. Within 14 days after 1 July in each year, a company carrying on the business of practising a profession shall transmit to the secretary of the relevant board a statement in the prescribed form containing - name, address of all person director and manager - name, address, occupation and qualification of all person employed - |
