First Amendment

Freedom of speech, religion, press and peaceably assemble.

Fighting words, threats, hate speech, crude or vulgar, incitement to riot and commercial speech.

Speech not protected by the First amendment?

Right to well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Second Amendment

Third Amendment
