Daily Routine
|
you are expected to come into the room quietly, retrieve your notebook and begin your daily warm-up exercise (which will be written on the white board or projected on the wall).

Be prepared
|
homework must be completed (and printed, if applicable) BEFORE entering the room. Assignments should be printed at HOME.

Behavior
|
If you act like young men and young ladies, I will treat you as such. If you choose to act like barbarians or children, I will treat you as such. Above all, don't forget to love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:31)

Excessive talking
|
I follow the "three-strikes-and-you're-out" policy. I will give you two warnings and the third will simply result in a white slip
|

|
Failed tests
|
tests may NOT be retaken. Per KPA policy, you may make corrections to a test (new questions) for up to 10 additional points (grade not to exceed 70). You must ask for this option

|
Extra credit
|
I don't give extra credit, so don't ask. I do give hugs and sympathy if you're struggling. More importantly, I will help you outside of class if you ask! You will have opportunity to gain bonus points occasionally, but no extra credit projects
