Write-after selecting your key elements you must prepare a script of exactly
what you are going to say. You will NOT follow it word for word. You will keep
it sounding spontaneous and flexible. this will be your blueprint.

Rehearse-practice! Practice! Practice! (Then practice some more) know it so
well it becomes natural and conversational. Rehearse it with others.

Revelation-when you finally begin your pitch you muse reveal your most

can to convince the buyer that its worth reading. This is where your well
rehearsed pitch "reveals those key elements from #1 in ways that convey your
passion for your project.

it! "Do you have any questions, it s I send you a copy of the script?"

effective pitching means not just talking but listening. You must
respond to the buyers questions, requests, and comments to increase their
interest and to strengthen your relationship. Answer only the questions the
buyer asks. 10 seconds or less no rambling answers. If they say "yes" thanks
their time and let them know you'll get a copy to them immediately.
