What is heat exhaustion and what are the symptoms and treatment? |
Over exposure to high temps - combined with high humidity and strenuous physical activity. Accompanied with dehydration. Feeling faint, light headed ness, dizziness, headache, fatigue, vigorous perspiration, muscular cramps and spasms, low blood pressure, thirst, nausea, heat rash Move away from work environment or heat source. Lay them in shade. Drinks of water, seek medical attention, remove clothing and spray with water if hot. |

When the body’s cooling system are overcome and it’s temp rises to a dangerous level. Book starts to cook internally. Severe cases it’s irreversible and death will rapidly follow.
