4. Normal EKG, may last up to 3 m

1. Increase pain w/ inspiration
2. Friction rub on exhalation
3. Sitting up and forward will decrease the pain

Features of High Risk
-Fever and leukocytosis
-Evidence of cardiac tamponade
-Large pericardial effusion (ie, an echo-free space > 20 mm)
-Immunosuppressed state
-Hx of oral anticoagulant therapy
-Acute trauma
-Fail to respond to NSAID (7days)
-Elevated cardiac troponin, suggestive of myopericarditis
