Parotitis, pharyngitis, and NO rash.

3 day diffuse maculopapular rash, posterior cervical/occipital lymphadenopathy, low-grade fever, mild sore throat, occasionally conjunctivitis and arthralgias.
Rubella
fever, anorexia, headache, and mild abdominal pain followed 1-2 days later with vesicular pruritic rash.

Liver enzymes and ammonia are elevated, but total bilirubin is not. Cause of death is hepatic encephalopathy, cerebral edema, and subsequent herniation.

-Reye's syndrome is why children are not advised to use aspirin.

poison = organophosphate insecticides which inhibit acetylcholinesterases (leading to increases ACh and PS activation)

treatment = wash pesticide from skin, gastric lavage, support ventilation and antidote atropine followed by pralidoxine
