What is cryptorchidism?

What are the most common infectious organisms responsible for epididymitis?

S. aures, N. gonnorhea, Chlamydia and E.coli; also can be caused by trauma, autoimmune dx and colitis

What can untreated epidymitis lead to?

orchitis, and abscess formation

What do you see on doppler to differenciate between testicular torsion, epidymitis and orchitis?

TT and Orchitis: flow is asymmetric with symptomatic side pointing to diagnosis
