When do you follow UTI with renal US?

1.) Febrile UTI in infants aged 2-24 months[3]
2.) Delayed or unsatisfactory response to treatment of a first febrile UTI 3.) An abdominal mass or abnormal voiding (dribbling of urine) 4.) Recurrence of febrile UTI after a satisfactory response to treatment |

if renal US is positive, or second febrile UTI

E.coli is MC, followed by Klebsiella, Staph, Enterococcus, Proteus, Strep, Pseudamonas
