What are the major criteria required for diagnosis of endocarditis?

Positive blood cultures for infective endocarditis, evidence of endocardical involvement, positive echo for IE, new valvular regurgitation

|
predisposing heart condition or history of IV drug use, fever, vascular phenomena(janeway lesions, etc), immunologic phenomena(olser nodes, etc), microbiologic evidence not meeting major criteria
