That's a good start. But, your payroll company will send you your minimum wage notice only from my understanding because they handle your financing. However, that's not all you need to comply with there are still other requirements your business will need to address by law so, really quick let's see if any additional notices are necessary...

Correct, I do see you have them. We sent them. But there was no longer valid. So, you need to update them immediately to prevent any further exposure to potential fines and penalties. Compliance is very serious matter and you must update your documentation as soon as the laws change and again, how many employees do you have?
