Potent vasodilator.
Decreases Preload & afterload. Spasming coronary artery vasodilation & may assist in collateral circulation. |

Hypotension
Syncope Dizziness Headache, vascular Tachycardia Facial flushing |

Cerebral vascular disease
Hypotension / syncope Alcohol, effects enhanced Erectile dysfunction in past 4/7 |
