Dry, cold winds; Bright red ears, high fever; sharp pain; very sensitive to noise; anxious, restless. Burning thirst.
Aconite

Dilated pupils; throbbing. Sudden onset. Pain causes delirium; child cries out in sleep; jerks during sleep

Earache. Often brought on by chilling when hot or getting feet wet. Fever. Pain. Wants attention. WORSE heat.
