In autoocratic the decision making is done only by the leader (dictatorship), democratic is where everyone in the group has control and is guided by the leader, Laissez-faire takes no part in the group

relates to how the leader will help the group reach their goals

relates to how the leader will help the group build and maintain a process to strengthen itself
