-SBP under 110 may be sign of shock over 65 yrs


-Low impact falls may result in sever injury (ground level falls)

-Should be triaged to ped trauma centers





Anticoagulation or bleeding disorders:

Pt with head injury along with anticoagulation or bleeding disorders are at high risk

Burns comorbid factors:

Without other trauma mechanism; triage to burn facility

With trauma mechanism; triage to trauma center
