dextromethophran for cough
morphine reduces dyspnea associate with pulmonary edema. the mechanism is respiratory depression and some vascular affects.

What is first line in acute epilepsy
Benzodiazepines. They can also be used to treat what disease associated with this hypercoagulable, hypoperfusion state
Eclamptic seizure.
What is first line in prophylaxis
Phenytoin
Most common side effect
Sedation
