Endocrine disruptor that is found in plastics used to make baby bottles and can "leech" out in lipid containing fluids. High levels are found in infants. They interfere with reproductive hormones and can mimic estrogens.
Bisphenol A
Endocrine disruptor that is found in flame-retardant substances that has deletorious effects on thyroid and reproductive hormones.
PBDE's
Endocrine disruptor that is absorbed in significant amounts through the skin. Is found in toys and medical equipment. Influences males reproductive hormones and the development of testicular CA. Not covalently bound to plastic, so they leach out in contact with lipophilic substances.
Phthalates
Synthetic, nonsteroidal estrogen developed 1938. Women who received this in the past had babies with reproductive abnormalities. These abdnormalities can even be passed to the 3rd generation.
DES
Highly stable, lipid soluble. Affects thyroid pathway. Can cause erythema, dryness, rash, hyperkeratosis, hyperpigmentation.

PCB's
From fumes, grilled meat, and oil. Is teratogenic
PAH
Has cancer activity and is a xenoestrogen (a man made chemical that artificially acivates estrogen receptors)
