Chapter President
The President is the chief officer and administrative head of the chapter. The duties are as follows:

1. Preside at all chapter meetings. The President can cast no vote except in the case of equal division of the votes cast.
2. Countersign all checks and documents
3. Prepare an annual budget in conjunction with Treasurer.
4. Appoint a temporary chairwomen in case of vacancy.
5. Plan and execute all social functions in conjunction with the Social Chairwoman.
6. Present an oral and written report at all chapter meetings.
7. Electronically submit the President’s report to the chapter advisor each semester by November 30/June 30.
8. Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Chapter Vice President
The Vice President is the President’s chief aid and confidant. The duties are as follows:

1. In the absence, request, or removal of the President, the Vice President is required to perform the duties of the President.
2. Oversee all standing committees.
3. Present an oral and written report at all chapter meetings.
4. Electronically submit the Vice President’s report to the chapter advisor each semester by November 30/June 30
5. Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Chapter Treasurer
The Treasurer is the chief financial officer of the chapter. The duties are as follows:

1. Prepare and administer an annual budget in conjunction with the President.
2. Function as an accountant in the collecting, holding, and dispensing of all monies.
3. Remit 25% of all membership dues collected to NEB.
4. Plan and execute all fundraisers in conjunction with the Fundraiser Chairwoman.
5. Present an oral and written report at all chapter meetings.
6. Electronically submit the Treasurer’s report to the chapter advisor each semester by November 30/June 30.
7. Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Chapter Secretary
The Secretary is the chapter’s chief source of information. The duties are as follows:

1. Log the minutes from all meetings and archive the information in a presentable format. Distribute the minutes to all chapter members.
2. Read the minutes of the previous meeting at all chapter meetings, in compliance with Robert’s Rules of Order.
3. Be responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the chapter.
4. File all reports submitted by the chapter members.
5. File all correspondence received and distributed.
6. Notify all members of upcoming meetings.
7. Present all oral and written report at all chapter meetings.
8. Electronically submit the Secretary’s report to the chapter advisor each semester by November 30/June 30.
9. Perform other duties ad deemed necessary.
Academic Chairwomen
1. Complie and maintain a test bank.
2. Keep andmaintain an academic profile on all sisters.
3. Keep and maintain a career bank.
4. Serve as academic dean for the membership process line.
5. Appropriate a budget and submit it to the Treasurer.
6. Present an oral and written report at chapter meetings.
7. Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Social Chairwomen
1. Plan and execute all social events in conjunction with the President
2. Be responsible for all community relations and community services.
3. Advertise all events to other chapters.
4. Appropriate a budget and submit it to the Treasurer.
5. Present an oral and written report at chapter meetings.
6. Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Fundraiser Chairwomen
1. Plan and execute all fundraisers in conjunction with the Treasurer, including a fundraiser to benefit the national philanthropy, Camp Heartland.
2. Appropriate an annual budget and submit it to the Treasurer.
3. Present an oral and written report at Chapter meetings.
4. Perform other duties as necessary.
Rush Chairwomen
1. Plan and execute a general informational at least once a semester.
2. Plan and execute membership recruitment activities with interests.
3. Appropriate an annual budget and submit it to the Treasurer.
4. Present an oral and written report at chapter meetings.
5. Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
