How does pregnancy effect the levels of fibrinogen and factors VII through X?
Levels of fibrinogen and factors VII through X increase.

Pregnancy is considered a hypercoagulable state.
What is the most common complaint in pregnancy?
Constipation
How are PaO2 and PaCO2 affected by pregnancy?

These alterations allow for a more favorable gradient for gas transfer at the placenta.
Human placental lactogen
Hormone secreted by the placenta partially responsible for diabetogenic state of pregnancy (increased peripheral resistance to the action of insulin).
