-Most asymoptomatic
-Excessive bleeding -Dysmenorrhea -Intermenstrual bleeding -sensation of fullness in the lower abdomen |

-Pelvic exam
-Plevic ultrasound |

-Most solitary
-Consist of surface edometrium, fibrous stroma and thisck walled blood vessels -Incidence peaks between 40-50 |

DX and TX of Endometrial Polyps?
|
Ultrasound or hysterectomy
May present with intermenstrual bleeding. TX: Polypectomy |

Endometrial Hyperplasia?
|
Range of lesion that confer differeing risks of invasive cancer.
SXMS: im bleeding, Menorrhagia, post menstral bleeding DX: Endometrial biopsy |
