procedural fairness = when you see the process that determine you work outcomes. Ex: Nurses are dissatisfied with the system because they cut your hours without letting them know why they change hospital policies.

interactional fairness = ave received respectful info about some outcomes, you are not aware of the process of the reason of this outcome.Ex: you are dissatisfied with your boss because he didn't let you know the change in hours .. ? not sure of the answer at all!!
