Pituitary (ant): pituitary adenomas, hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism 4. Disorders of the ovaries: Gonadal agenesis/dysgenesis and mosaicism (Turner’s syndrome) 5. Disorders of the outflow tract: Mullerian agenesis/dysgenesis (May-Rokitanky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome), transverse vaginal Septum, imperforate hymen (haematocolpos) |
