What is an actual diagnosis?
The client problem at time of nursing assessment.
ex: Ineffective breathing pattern.
What is a risk diagnosis?
A clinical judgment that a problem does not exist, but the presence of risk factors indicate that a problem is likely to occur if the nurse doesn't intervene. ex:Diabetic w/IV
What is Battery?
Touching another person without consent.
What is slander?
Saying somethng to cause harm that is heard by a 3rd party.

Ventral Gluteal - not under 7 months.
Vatus lateralis - under 7 mo. 5/8" needle 22-25 gauge
Deltoid - .5 - 1cc.
Resctus Femoris - 4cc 1-1 1/2" needle 21-22 gauge
