What is the Uniform Site Improvement Standards Act of 1993?

The municipal ordinance that sets forth the standards for site plans and the application review process. This many be combined with a subdivision ordinance.

Review, by the planning board or other appropriate board, of the site plan, as defined. This is distinct from review of a subdivision application.
