-Viagra in 24-48 hours
-Suspected inferior MI with possible Right ventricle MI -Hypotension (<90?) -Extreme bradycardia -uncorrected hypovolemia -inadequate cerebral perfusion -constrictive pericarditis and pericardial tamponade |

-Hypotension may worsen myocardial ischemia. Hypotension usually responds to IV fluids. Establish IV prior to IV
